Sanjay Dutt is set to release his autobiography which will reaveal many interesting stories about his life. The news comes on the heels of super duper success of Sanju, the Rajkumar Hirani film.
The autobography to be published by HarperCollins India is currently being worked on and will release next year on June 29. The book is yet to be titled.
The publisher said in a statement, “With this book, the reader will finally get to look into his soul.” and added “we will get to hear the fascinating stories about his youth, his Bollywood stint in the ’80s and ’90s, his experiences in prison, and his self-discovery, that have never been told before.”
The biography will begin with the death of Sanjay’s mother, and include his romantic relationships, multiple heartbreaks, his constant struggle with drug abuse, legal troubles and imprisonment for the possession of illegal weapons, the publishing house said.
Sanjay Dutt commenting on the book said, “I have had the fortune of living a remarkable life, full of ups and downs, joys and sorrows. There are so many interesting stories to tell that I’ve never had the chance to tell before. I am looking forward so much to sharing my memories and emotions with readers everywhere.”
